NAPA Development is a heavy construction company specializing in commercial, industrial, and landfill/environmental construction. NAPA has reaped the benefits of attracting a fully qualified staff on startup and has set a course for further personnel recruitment activities, strongly emphasizing on training and safety as an integral part of its business objectives and practices. Operating out of a 110 acre facility located in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, NAPA is equipped with a large shop, allowing the company to maintain its own fleet of equipment, and to provide maintenance, metal fabrication, cleaning, painting and related services to others.  

Training and safety are the cornerstone for all NAPA activities and an integral part of its business objectives and practices.

Nolan A. Perin, NAPA's President, has over 35 years of experience in all areas of construction, excavation, and solid waste facility operations. Nolan took advantage of an opportunity to develop the business after his family owned landfill, recycling center, transfer station, and hauling companies were sold to a national company. He assembled a highly qualified and experienced team with a broad range of solid waste and construction experience. The staff's expertise includes finance, equipment utilization, production, wastewater treatement, gas management, solid waste, hauling, maintenance, engineering and site layout. Currently NAPA has a staff of 50 employees.
